Since there has been so much exposure about the film Avatar, it’s only fitting that the Warrior Trend has progressed on to the Catwalks for SS10. Weirdly enough such designers like Rodarte and Alexander McQueen has taken the trend to an extra level and experimented with electric colours, shapes and textures to express theircreativity on such a vibrant look.
Proenza Schouler and Balenciaga on the other hand have taken the bright colours but introduced them to everyday clothing that anybody can step out in.
latest show. McQueen does the same in amazing form with his boxed Rodarte’s use of twisted and plated material really gives off an energy style and character to each of the models from his shoes and snake effect tent dresses.
The Tribal trend is defiantly something to have fun projecting and with such main-stream designers doing just that, there’s no reason not to join the Tribe.
